its operations to Cargo Service, Express Cargo
by Road, Rail and Air services to meet the growing
demand of the burgeoning customer base. |

| Started by Mr. Ghanshyam
Goel, a self-made man and a great visionary of strong
values, the company started its journey with a small trucking
business in 1982. His goal was to establish a road
transport business between his native place and the commercial
capital of India. The company was very aptly named Jai
Balaji Roadways, catering to the transportation needs
of the customers in these stations and the stations en
route. Later his Younger brother Mr. Kailash Goel
joined the business, and shifted to Mumbai, and operated
all the activities there in the areas nearby. |

| With their able leadership
and great vision, they both have nurtured the nascent organization
into an India wide Transport Company catering to the very need
of the customers nationally. Quality, Integrity and Social responsibility
are the values that they practiced, preached and imbibed in
the culture of JBR. On its
current path of Success, they have now raised this name to a
Private Limited Company known
as Balaji Freight Carriers Pvt. Ltd. in
1997. Since then Both JBR & BFC
are running side by side.

| Mr. Goel is also an active member of various
developmental industry bodies & associations like BGTA
(Bombay Goods Transport Association), FSGTN
(Federation of Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar), and is actively
involved in industry regulations necessary for the development
of the transport infrastructure in the country. |

| Currently, the 2nd generation is
following on the same footsteps; grooming their knowledge to
take the reigns of this transportation business. Mr. Ashish
Goel, the son of Mr. Ghanshyam Goel; a Student of Commerce background,
joined this family business in the year 2007. He too now is
applying his Management skills and Business Techniques in the
working of the company. With invaluable insights and lessons
from his father, he has plans to shape up the future of this
company into a bigger and dynamic one.
